At this time of chaos in the world when everything seems louder and faster, there’s something quietly radical about slowing down enough to really notice -

To look Closely - To stay Curious - To Pay Attention.

It helps us move more majestically, allowing us to slow to the pace of peace and invites us to take earnest inventory of our-selves. 

New happenings are unfolding now and not just on our earthly planet but everywhere in the universe - expanding consciousness is available to all.

We were born into a time - a time of tremendous change, uprooting’s and opportunities.

Division, polarity/separation, conflict, greed, excessive materialism, heightened anxiety, and fear.

And so, what does all this create?          

What does all this produce this division, conflict, greed, anxiety and fear.

Well…We don’t have to stand around guessing, do we?

It produces short attention spans – inability to process data and then there is mental and deep unease.

And so, what does all this produce?

It produces a world of perpetual war, facing unprecedented challenges on all fronts.

Think about it, what else could it create??

So -This is our situation today!!

Because this division - separation - polarity - connects us to why our own individual inner peace matters so profoundly for global peace.

When we look at conflicts, wars, and suffering in our world today we can trace much of it back to what happens when we human beings lack inner peace.

So, understand and know that inner peace has to happen to us first before we can take it out into the world – before we can have global peace.

We can do this by Meditation, Prayer ,Thoughts and Living through our Hearts.
